The ideal candidate

  • Previous account management experience within an agency environment of at least 5 years
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Fluency in both Romanian and English language
  • Excellent project management, presentation and communication skills
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail is considered a must
  • Ability to multitask and to prioritize effectively
  • Proactive and confident, ability to work under pressure
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Sociable person who enjoys working in a team, open and curious about innovation

Job Description

  • Keeping in touch with customers, understanding their business goals
  • Development and management of projects - events, roadshows, special projects
  • Coordination and supervision of all key processes of the project - presentation, budgeting, planning, recruitment, training, personnel management,reporting, evaluation
  • Respond to briefs from clients’ marketing departments
  • Day-to-day client handling
  • Lead the execution of projects ensuring the implementation and delivery
